Egrets Lake Interactive Center

Located on Hung Lam Road in Tai Po Kau, the Egrets Lake Interactive Center is nestled between the Tai Po Kau Nature Reserve and Tolo Harbour. Spanning over 30,000 square feet, it offers a mix of nature education, cultural exhibits, and leisure facilities including the Egret Restaurant, souvenir shop, Ethnographic Museum, pedal boats, and a rooftop BBQ garden.

The Ethnographic Museum is Hong Kong’s first to focus on global folk culture, showcasing over a thousand artifacts that reflect human adaptability across environments. Outdoors, the center preserves its natural setting with mangroves, streams, and a tranquil lake—ideal for birdwatching and photography.
