Cattle Depot Artist Village
Located on Ma Tau Kok Road in To Kwa Wan, the Cattle Depot Artist Village was originally the Ma Tau Kok Animal Quarantine Depot built in 1908. In 2001, part of the site was revitalized into artist studios, preserving its red-brick structures and industrial features.
Today, it houses local art groups and creators who host exhibitions, performances, and workshops. The space blends heritage and creativity, offering a unique atmosphere for cultural exploration.
The adjacent Cattle Depot Art Park, opened in 2019, features lawns, shaded pavilions, and art installations. It continues the site’s cultural legacy while providing a peaceful place to relax and reflect.
